  • Dopamine is a brain chemical connected to feelings of reward, focus and motivation. However, the world we currently live in raises our dopamine levels too high and creates the counter-effect. Digital technologies, workaholism, addictive substances and other stimuli affect our brain chemistry very aggresively, releasing extreme amounts of feel-good chemicals to our brain. Our body’s natural reaction to the extremes is immunity to the chemicals, which causes us to lose focus, motivation and satisfaction on the long run.
